Other bonding technology can be explored to develop the cover stock to decrease the thickness and GSM of cover stock. Herb used for antimicrobial activity can be extended to her herbs also. Treated cover stock fabric can be tested against other bacteria. Other method of application of antimicrobial agent such as microencapsulation can be tried to enhance the durability of finish.

Wishstay Sanitary Napkins Structure:

Our Sanitary Napkin contains 5 + 1 layers (which is used stick on panties)

i)                    TOP LAYER: Top layer is Nonwoven Sheet which made with Non harmful material and without toxins, can absorb water and saline rapidly and also absorb blood plasma without solids blocking the surface and it is very soft, comfortable for skin.

ii)                  Air-laid paper:  Second layer is Air-laid paper is a textile-like material categorized as a nonwoven fabric made from fluff pulp. Main characteristics are: Soft, does not scratch.  Non-linting, no dust, no static. Strong, even when wet, can be rinsed and reused. Clean, hygienic, can be sterilized. Textile-like surface and drape. Can be dyed, printed, embossed, coated and made solvent resistant.

iii)                SAP SHEET: Third layer is SAP SHEET which is Oder control ultra-absorbing capacity Organic GEL is used in these products which can absorbency and ability to withstand pressure after absorption. Wishstay Sanitary Napkins available in 100 to 200 GSM, also available in 55mm to 90mm material width.

iv)               PE BACKSHEET:  Fourth layer is PE SHEET which is PE is usually a mixture of similar polymers of ethylene with various values of n. It is designed to effectively lock away liquids in core.

v)                 bottom LAYER: Bottom layer is Nonwoven Sheet.

Ø  PAD DETAILS: WISHSTAY SANITATY NAPKINS – DAY WINGS Pad Length ±260mm, ±220mm, ±320mm (Size Extra Large), Width ±80mm, Thickness 2.0mm and each 6grams weight. This is available in Regular, Large, Extra Large and Extra Large Plus sizes.   

Ø  BIO DEGRADABLE: In view of Central Government scheme of SWAACH BHARAT we made our sanitary napkin pads bio degradable which does not contain fluorescence bleaching agent (chlorine) dioxin or any other dangerous material. Using organic GEL as an observant material and made from safe and quality materials. Whereas come to disposability our pad shall disintegrate in the water in not more than 5 minutes, when immersed in 15 litters of water and stirred. This pad supports Eco friendly environment.

Ø  HIGHLY HYGIENIC: Each and every one of our Sanitary Napkins is thoroughly sterilized in Ultra Violet cabin (approx. One Hour) in highly health and hygienic environment conditions. In the process of making sanitary napkins worker are strictly instructed to use Gloves, Nose guards, Head caps and body aprons. 

Ø  HIGH ABSORBING SHEET: Oder control ultra-absorbing capacity Organic SHEET is used in these products which can absorbency and ability to withstand pressure after absorption. Our sanitary napkin shall absorb 60ml to 90ml or colour water or oxalate sheep or goat blood or test fluid when flowed on to the centre of the napkin (at the rate of 15ml per minute) and it shall not stain through/leak through at the bottom or sides of the sanitary napkin.

Ø  ULTRA THIN: One of the stressed advantages of this sanitary napkin is ULTRA THIN. In view of College girl and other working women our company is made ULTRA THIN sanitary napkin which is very useful while travelling from one location to another location carrying is also very easy this can be accommodated even small pouch or handbags.

Ø  SKIN FRINDLY: In the Top Layer and bottom layer we used Non-Plastic or catted fabric and we used only Non-Owen sheet. So, its act as skin friendly fabric and it create very comfort, smooth and rashes free environment.
